Plan the route by it down into measurable steps [ie PLAN] Keep records if necessary Reward yourself on reaching each step Achievable. Is it what you really want? Why do you want it? What will stop you? Do you need any extra skills, knowledge or qualifications? Is it fine with other areas of your life? Realistic.
