If you have descent as I do, it also allows them to take a peek into all that I have to do....so when they come into my office the very first thing they do sooner than petition me to drop them off at the mall is look at the board. If they see a lot of night-veiled without and red validate marks they know I'm busy. Mind you it does work upon me at times.. when my wife or kids comes in and sees that I have little on my schedule, it's like a green light for them to come up with something to do.
