They may seek jobs that involve travel, or they may be looking forward to taking time off to visit the exotic ports and see the other side of the world. If you don't want a long journey perhaps you'd just like a few weeks in a sunny resort or the luxury of a summer and winter vacation each year. And then there is creativity and self-expression.
